Today I wanted to start off with sharing something I came across this morning that really hit hard.

So whenever I workout I try to have some sort of hip hop blasting through my headphones, but today I chose to just have youtube surprise me and man did it pay off.

I got served this video below, big motivational video with talks and phrases from some of the most bad ass guys out there like David Goggins and Ray Louis.

It really doesn’t get any better than that.

Here’s the thing, everyone’s heard a good motivational video on Youtube so I wouldn’t share with you guys if it was GREAT.

The whole premise of this video is proving “Haters” wrong, which is allways great because while you focus on yourself there is always going to be that one ASS-H*** that isn’t happy with themselves and love to talk some smack.

So I’ve always used it as fuel and keep going, knowing that I have better things to worry about.

This video today gave me something new to think about….

Around the middle of the video you can hear Goggins say “Instead of Killing them with Kindness, Torture them with Fucking Success”

That FIRED ME UP!

You always hear people say “Thank You to My Haters” and yes thats true and something you should be doing because its like free publicity.

But looking at it from Goggins’s point of view is my new way of looking at it, seems much sweeter that way.

Then again, you should always be pushing yourself enough that they all just disappear and don’t matter.

It feels great to be pushed so hard and I cant wait till its done and I can see the results of my hard work.

Here is one of the exercises that’s in it, for working your triceps. If you want those to pop out and hug your sleeves then add these to your arm day.

Trust me, you’ll make them your staple exercise after that.
