Monday is Packed with AI Hacks, Workout Secrets, & a Side of Ice Cream (Seriously!)

So if you’ve kept up with my last 2 newsletters you know last week was interesting to say the least.
But I’m glad it happened, It’s a good reminder that it’s never a good idea to get to comfortable with how things are going.
That’s exactly what happened to me last week, I started letting off the gas a little too much and focusing on other projects I have going on thinking things would keep working. Then after one girl got fired, at one of the companies I’ve been working with and shit just hit the fan.
People we’re upset, talking shit etc. Which isn’t something that bothers me at all, I’ve actually found it comical because it’s obvious they get all worked up about me and I could care less about them. I’ve always thought that if you are getting worked up over something, you can instead either do something about it or shut up.
Talking shit and complaining never solves anything. Yes there are other variables in life that could have effect on some things, but if you focus on what you can control and let go of things you can’t then you’re better off.
So in this case, I didn’t care about them complaining. But now If I let this go on then it will start affecting the work I am supposed to deliver, and I can’t let that happen.

So whether you take a look at it or not, I don’t mind. But I do think you should be learning as much as you can when it comes to AI so you can build up your arsenal.

Now I’ll be the first one to tell you, I AM NOT a financial advisor nor am I telling you to buy this stock.
Plus if you go by the saying “By the time everyone is talking about it, it’s already too late” Then me bringing it up here is enough for you to see that,
Also, I’ve tried to make uneducated decisions before and buying stocks because I hear other people talking about it and I’ve paid a hefty price for it.
So seeing this is just CRAZY interesting and also definitely brings some ideas at something I should learn more about, so I can make some investments and not lose thousands of dollars like I have before.

Honestly if it wasn’t because of working out, I wouldve lost my shit years ago. whether it’s boxing or lifting. Ive always found that a good workout while I’m pissed or need to work through some shit clears my head and lets me approach anything with a better state of mind.
That’s one of the reasons as to why I like to workout first thing in the morning, mentally it just crosses the partest hard of the day off already so I’m already setting myself up to win that day.
Then the second workout of the day is either just a bonus or what gets me to relax after a tough day.
So here is a super fast workout you can do at home after a long day that will get your heart rate pumping.
This guy is a BEAST with calisthenics, something I’ve always struggled with but have been working on for a while.
Sometimes when I cant make boxing at night or during the weekend when I dont always feel like going to the gym. (Even if its only a 5 min drive) lol
Heres something I do, just 20 mins.. but MAN will you get a workout in.
I do love working out and even though I’ve never had a problem with eating the same thing every day.
I am also a big fan of chocolate and Ice Cream! I could eat that every day and never get tired. In fact, the first time I went to Asia by myself for like 8 months I ate half a hallon of ice cream EVERY day.
From this Gelato spot right below my apartment in Vietnam, don’t ask why but I literally just had to have it every day and I was working out so much that It didnt really matter.
I also do think the quality of food I was eating over there was way better so my body had an easier time burning all that off.
So speaking of ice cream, here are some super easy recipes to make at home that will keep you fit and get you out of the monotony of a strict diet if you have one.
