Setback to 7-Figure Success: The Unfiltered Truth About What It Really Takes to Win Big in Business (As Told By Someone Who's Been to Hell and Back)
YO!
So like I mentioned in my last post, monday was kind of a wake up call, I lost one of my long term clients which was basically my safety net financially. Over the last few years I knew no matter what I could still count on them to pay the bills.
Even though financially that was my smallest contract it was a nice 8k a month I could count on and feel financially secure in a way if shit hits the fan. But with us parting ways, it did shake me up a bit and reminded me that there is never a good time to relax in such a competitive world.
There’s always someone or something thing coming for what you have and you have. Throughout my entire career I’ve had some pretty crazy ups and downs, making my entire career as a business owner an emotional roller coaster.
I went from living in a friends closet from being so broke to moving into a went house in the middle of the strip here in Las Vegas. I’ve never really had slow transitions, I’ve either been UP or WAAY down.
Although I have noticed that now every time I fall or fail at something my definition of being “down” changes. I have never had to sleep in a closet again, thank god. But I’ve definitely had to change some of the luxuries I had when I was all the way at the top.
I still wouldnt trade those experience for anything, I look back at all of them and I’m thankful because both the highs and lows opened up my eyes to whats possible.
I can choose to fuck off and go back to not being able to afford plain chicken breasts (true story, I lived off rice and tuna when I lived in my friends closet because I couldn’t afford anything else.)
OR
I can work as hard as I can and go back to having a 6,000 Sqf apartment in the middle of the strip, with two kitchens a hibachi grill and a cook.
At the end of the day, its all about choosing what you want out of life. Being average is easy, but you cant choose to be average and still want all the luxuries of of the people who work hard for them.
Yes you can have your parents money or you could get lucky at the casino, fuck you can even hit it big on a crypto pump and call it a day. But those things are unlikely to happen and in mine and most peoples cases, that’s just never going to happen.
So Monday gave me some time to really think things through and plan out my strategy moving forward. I also got some unexpected free time from work because I had to go to the ER, so that was fun lol
How hard can it be to drain a cyst, the size of a tennis ball in the back of your head?
Apparently its hard, thats why I ended up at the ER after failing to do it myself.
All that free time gave me enough to take a step back and look at all of my resources and how I can leverage those to win and make sure I dont fall again anytime soon.
I have :
One of the best copywriters in the world teaching me how to improve my marketing skills
I still have 3 other big clients I work with, which are actively scaling to multiple 7-8 figures
I have my 48 To Launch Offer working
I have my Online Dating Offer
I have both of those Email Lists I can continue to Monetize.
I want to test out this tik tok shop idea, that I see people making 20k PLUS a week on!
I’ll keep you guys posted on how that goes, I really think that could work and for anyone no matter the size of their wallet.
Of course if it works for me, I’ll be sure to give you guys a FREE step by step tutorial on how to get it working for yourself.
So overall, even though it did catch me by surprise but unlike before. I am in a much better position to take on that kind of surprise.
I think you can apply that same method to everything in life, you may think you have it bad and honestly a lot of the times you might actually have it pretty bad. But staying in that bad place because its hard to get through is just as hard as getting up, rolling up your sleeves and moving forward.
That is it for this one!
Thanks for tuning in, I hope you guys got some good things out of what I’ve been able to create so far.
If you guys have anything specific you would like me to cover next time, just shoot me an email to [email protected] and I’ll be sure to get that done!
See you soon!
